My Journey to becoming a coach

Hi, I'm Kristle. I'm a Registered/Clinical Nurse with over 15 years of experience in stroke, neurology, medical, emergency care and occupational health nursing. Throughout my career, I've witnessed firsthand how small changes in diet and exercise can have profound impacts on people's lives. This passion led me to become a holistic health coach, dedicated to guiding others toward sustainable, life changing wellness.

I'm based in Perth, Australia, but I coach clients globally online. Over the past 2 years, my family and i have been travelling around Australia in our caravan, embracing new experiences and living a more balanced lifestyle.

My passion for health coaching is deeply personal and comes from my own transformation. 

Over a period of 7 years, i gained more than 45 kilos. Like many people i became complacent and began coping with stress and emotions through food. My diet became very heavily dependent on sugar and highly processed foods and over time my health began to suffer significantly.

I developed type 2 diabetes and very severe sleep apnoea that caused me to stop breathing and choke during my sleep. i constantly felt exhausted, short of breath, depressed and stuck in a vicious cycle of weight gain, low energy, and feeling deeply unhappy with myself. 

​

What scared me the most was the lonely path 

I was on of self-destruction and deteriorating health. I lost both my parents at a young age, my father passed away at 50 from heart disease secondary to unmanaged type 2 diabetes, and my mother passed away at 47 from breast cancer. I could see my own lifestyle choices leading me toward the same fate as my parents. This was my wakeup call! I knew I had to change before it was too late!

So i made the decision: 2026 would be the year everything changed! 

 

Through my lifestyle changes I lost over 10kg so far (37 more kg to lose), reversed my type 2 diabetes, resolved me severe sleep apnoea. My energy has returned, my mindset shifted, and my entire life changed. 

​

For me this transformation came from cutting out processed and refined carbohydrates, reducing sugar intake, following a low carb approach and incorporating fasting into my lifestyle. And by doing short high intensity workouts.  

​

Once I made these changes, my body responded quickly and the weight came off rapidly. I saw real progress and results in a relatively short period of time, which was incredibly motivating and showed me just how powerful the right lifestyle, right nutrition, right movement and right mindset can be.

​

Now my mission is to help others achieve those same life changing results through practical, sustainable strategies that actually work in the real world. 

​

So my question to you is:

How would you feel a year from now if you made the decision to finally change? what if you chose yourself. what if you put strategies in place to create real, lasting change? Imagine spending the next 365 days choosing you! becoming the best version of yourself you've always wanted to be! Now imagine on the other side of this, how would you feel if you did nothing? could you see yourself still feeling this way in a year from now? If the answer is No, then why not chose to change now? 

The decision is yours. You chose what your future holds, whether you take the steps today toward a new version of yourself or stay where you are is completely up to you! The direction you go in life is shaped by the decisions you make today! so make the right choice and chose you!

My mission is to empower people to achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss and improve their overall health through practical, realistic strategies that work in everyday life. By combining low-carb whole foods, flexible fasting, simple home workouts, mindset support, and sustainable habits, I help people take back control of their metabolism, energy, and long-term wellbeing — without extreme diets or unrealistic expectations.

Proven Results

Though I'm just beginning to coach others now, I have deep roots in fitness. In my late teens and early 20s, I was a fitness coach, creating workout programs and even training alongside a Miss Olympia. This gave me invaluable knowledge of weight lifting, weight loss strategies, and how to get lean safely and effectively. I’ve also completed degrees in both sport science and nursing, so I understand the body inside and out. My methods—especially for those struggling with extra weight—are grounded in proven strategies that lower insulin, making it easier for your body to release stored fat. With the right approach, I’m confident we can achieve real results—and build a thriving community of success stories.
