To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Body Nurse, its coaches, employees, and affiliates cannot be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or other outcomes arising from participation in programs or use of the information provided.

1. Policy Basics

Welcome to The Body Nurse. This Refund Policy explains:

  • When a client may be eligible for a refund

  • What purchases are final

  • How to request a refund

  • Limitations and disclaimers regarding digital coaching programs

By purchasing any program, coaching service, or digital product from The Body Nurse, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

2. Refund Disclaimer

All programs, coaching services, and digital materials provided by The Body Nurse are digital products and educational services.

Because these services are delivered instantly or immediately accessible online, most purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

Participation in any program is voluntary, and results may vary based on individual effort, lifestyle, and health conditions. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.

3. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  1. Technical issues preventing access to program materials that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

  2. Duplicate payments or billing errors.

All requests must be submitted in writing to hello@thebodynurse.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Requests outside this period may not be considered.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Full access to online coaching programs after login credentials are provided

  • Digital downloads, videos, guides, or materials once delivered

  • Personal coaching sessions already scheduled or completed

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit a written request to hello@thebodynurse.com.au with your purchase details, including:

    • Full name

    • Email address used for purchase

    • Date and product/service purchased

  2. Our team will review your request and notify you within 5–7 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Note: Some payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

 

6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact The Body Nurse directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to program materials may be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions, and The Body Nurse reserves the right to revoke access to programs or services and provide documentation to the payment provider during dispute resolution.
 

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Australia.

All disputes relating to refunds or purchases shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
