Program Access and Use:

By purchasing or accessing any program, coaching service, or materials provided by The Body Nurse, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the program for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publicly display any program materials without prior written permission from The Body Nurse.

Unauthorized distribution of program materials may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

Payments and Fees:

All fees for programs, coaching services, or digital products must be paid in full unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a program, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment method used at checkout.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching services or program materials.
 

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of online coaching programs and the immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds may only be provided where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination of Access

The Body Nurse reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any program, community, or coaching service if a client:

• Violates these terms

• Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

• Shares or distributes program content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our programs, including but not limited to:

• Training programs

• Videos

• Documents

• Coaching materials

• Graphics and written content

remain the intellectual property of The Body Nurse.

These materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
 

Online Community Conduct (If Applicable)

If your program includes access to an online community, group chat, or coaching platform, participants agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members or coaches will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

Modifications to Services

The Body Nurse reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, service, or content at any time in order to improve the quality of services provided.

Health & Results Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that all exercise, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle recommendations are for educational purposes only and agree that any results you achieve may vary.
 

Non-Disparagement / Respectful Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully with The Body Nurse, its coaches, staff, and other clients, and not knowingly publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the business, its services, or representatives. Honest feedback and consumer rights are not restricted.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
By purchasing any program, service, or digital product, you agree to contact The Body Nurse directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback after receiving access may result in suspension or revocation of program access.

Intellectual Property
All content provided through programs, coaching, or digital materials remains the property of The Body Nurse and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Acceptance of Terms
